Any recommendations? Any to avoid? Never set foot in one in my life, but as I can't run at the moment I'm tempted to start. I got a free 3 day pass for pure as it's closest to my house (going down there later) but figured there may be someone on the forum who knows what they're talking about (for once!). Not into getting ripped, just want to tone up a little and generally improve my fitness. Probably most likely looking at things like rowing machines to start with, not sure classes are for me but who knows!
