Well i have managed to see the year out from February without tobacco of any sort.

I'm not going to lie to you, i'm massively proud of myself.
Well done @Withnail  I'm proud of you too :)

Happy New Year to everyone.

Been drinking on my own as hubby decided ,yet again on a usual celebration drinking night , that he's not drinking........

Cheers everyone :pint: :D Hope you've all enjoyed a good night .

My 2019 highlight......after the sad death of my parents, being able to help son with his deposit to get onto the housing ladder, and him getting the keys to his own house last June. ( Just hoping his lovely new house is still as lovely after tonights New Years Eve party :o )

Happy new year everyone!

I’m looking forward to 2020, no New Years resolutions as such but some general goals.

With no fixed parameters I want to improve my health.

I want to spend sometime on myself working on reducing stress levels.

I want to be kinder to the environment, make more responsible choices.

I want to get my ‘allotment’ up and running. It’s been a project in progress for too long now, this summer will be all about the home grown salads!

Each of those will make the other three easier...

Congratulations!

I attempted veganuary last year (which changed me life!)

This year I'm attempting dry January - it's hard going already!

Even 3 days in I can't help notice that EVERYONE is drinking on TV - no matter what I watch - they all have a drink in their hand!

Conspiracy??
