Was a cracker, but god knows how he missed that open goal, after same player, had rounded the keeper!:gonk:

Or the ball that trickled right across the goal mouth in the first half with absolutely no one trying to get anywhere near it.

The season may be over for the first team but the youth team still have the treble in their sights.
They have won their league title, play in the Sentinel Cup Final at the Britannia Stadium this Thursday at 7pm, then hope to go for the treble in the League Cup Final against Nantwich at Stone Dominoes ground on Sunday at 2pm.
As said elsewhere, some of these lads have stepped up to the first team this season and not let anybody down. Let us hope they still have some gas in the tank!

Right then! Season done! Youngsters lead the way by achieving the mighty treble!
League title, Sentinel Cup, then today wrapped it all up by winning the Premier Division League Cup by beating Nantwich Town 9-5!
Massive positive after a rotten season at the club and possibly a promising young core for a future first team.

Thanks for the updates. Lets hope enough of the talent can be kept together for the 1st team to start turning things around.
