HDMI Splitter

I'm after an HDMI splitter, but ideally I could do with buying one locally as it would be helpful to have it on Saturday. Maplin sell one at a piss-take £40, whereas around a fiver gets me one online. Anyone know if the pound shops or anywhere else might stock them at a sensible price?

I've just bought a PS3 and it is being put through a splitter. I am getting noise appearing on screen and also occasional screen flashing but when it's plugged in direct to the TV it's perfect. It's obviously the splitter.

Is the one you bought any good? Do you connect a console through it?

I don't use mine with a console. It's to split Apple TV and Laptop. Works fine for me.

Thanks. Mine is split to an Apple TV and a blu-ray player and now the PS3. Other two have no issues connecting through it.
