Heads up for anyone who has booked tickets on Virgin Trains website.

Searching for Virgin Trains takes you to Avanti West Coast's new website but you have to register with them but you can't see any bookings made on the old VT website.

If you've already printed tickets or downloaded the tickets they'll be fine but in my case I couldn't find the VT email nor my previous bookings on the Avanti site.

A quick call to 0344 556 5650 soon resolved the problem and my e-ticket was re-sent.

Best to check before you travel if you have VT online account.
