4000th post? Whatever, I'm nonchalant..
welcome to the forum pete. what this forum doesn't need though is more IT geeks, for we have a plenty. as long as you spend lest time discussing SATA drives and more posting fart gags you'll get my vote. northside, southside, westside... parkside!

ignore this foo' peter.. the last thing we need is more homo-erotic "sports" chat - tell me how to improve the efficiency of my SQL queries, or how to improve the FSB on my flux capacitor :v:

only a single flux capacitor??
what about the vector based octuple core flux triode? surely that's faster :) and with it's optical FSB, you simply increase the light frequency bandwidth from 1.2THz to 4.8THz to up the speed to 9,600 Gb/sec :)

read up on optical interconnects :)
the front side bus (FSB) is the interconnect between the CPU and the RAM.
Some wierd ass company in the U.S. has managed to replace standard copper wire with optics which sends data in the form of a light beam instead of electrical pulses as per copper wire :)

it may have sounded like science fiction in Back to the Future...but it's soon to be a reality :D haha.

we're already travelling thru time :) it's just forwards...at 1 second per second lol.
flux capacitors are simply too unstable anyway ;)
Thin film NPN transistors on O-LED displays are already here...so why not be able to travel thru time? :D

to quote Futurama "All we need is a few Chronotrons..." hehe.

and where's this balloon?? :P

Wow, this site rocks. I've lived in Stafford all my life but this forum has opened my mind to a whole new vocabulary to describe our beloved town. Long live the borough.
