A two week Caribbean cruise leaving Barbados on 30th December.

Best route IMO.
Barbados immigration processing about 10 minutes. Going in via Miami about 2 hours.

Just had bread straight out of the oven in an old stone hole in the wall bakery

Shops pretty much shut at lunchtime today and stay closed til Monday, which I think is so much better than our 24/7 lifestyle. Assuming bars are still open anyway

Last day today. It's so far been either a disaster or an adventure depending on how you look at things. I'm going with adventure, the others seem less sure!

Mrs T's taking Gurly to Lapland in November. A week of peace at Trumpet Towers.

She's en route, belly pork in the oven and a bottle of decent red opened and breathing on the hearth.
