How Do I bypass Websense?

Here's the deal.

I used to view a few sites at work just to pass the time away. Then the admin decided to get Websense installed, so my sites were limited.

There was one particular bulletin board that I used to love going on, but I was resigned to the fact that I would never see it until I got home. Then somebody linked the website with its numerical IP address instead and, voilá, it bypassed Websense. Is there anyway you can do this with this site? I've had a go, but to be honest, I haven't a clue what I'm doing!?!?

Cheers ears.

In general, you might find a proxy page like http://www.workfriendly.net/ to be of use.
Alternatively, go to Google's translator and get it to translate a page from any language to English.

Connecting to the IP address of the Forum (64.22.68.4, according to "ping www.staffordforum.com" - anybody get anything different?) gives a "You do not have permission to access / on this server." Hmmm..... anybody got any ideas?

@Admin: Can we move this to Computers and General Chat?

Admin edit: good idea - post moved :)

The same has happened to me at work too, especially fourms. We are allowed a quota up to 60 minutes a day in five minute intervals, so don't get much chance in the day and my daughter is usually using the comp in evenings.
