How do you rate you ISP?

I can't think of a use for a 50MB line. I know a couple of people with the 20MB and have NEVER maxed it out.

Muhahahaaaaaaaa, I do!

I totally obliterated our line, and we received the 0.000000001kbps cap within about an hour of waking up.

had to downgrade to 10Mb again...

Thats the worst part, I don't have a telephone line, so I can't even sell myself my own internet

Unsurprisingly I got my bill today and they had overcharged me (or charged me for my free upgrade) and I must admit I lost my temper on the phone when he started trying to tell me that its more because I upgraded....

I was with AOL - then had really bad connectivity problems - they kept disconnecting my service for no reason - I am now with virgin and the service (internet connection) is brilliant !
