Just had a quick glance at their website and it still says "coming soon to Stafford" It is all something of a mystery.

Yeah one is in Birmingham and still very much open. I read about the investment they'd made into Wolverhampton a couple of years ago, when they were announced as coming to Stafford, and they'd invested a massive amount of money, so maybe waiting to re-coup some before expanding here. Hope it comes though, it's gone very quiet!

There are addresses for wolves and the arcadian, the one for the arcadian is info@indibar.co.uk so asking there about staffs might be alright?

They had a falling out with the council over opening hours . They wanted to stay open till 4am every night, council gave them the finger. So maybe rethinking the location / the plans ? Although I did hear the issue was resolved.

I did notice the boarding had been tarted up a bit - that explains it - Plug pulled on Stafford house night featuring DJ S.K.T because of fire safety concerns

They opened a few years ago in Wolverhampton... From what I'd heard the venue there cost a sizeable amount to refurb. That, and the numbers through the doors weren't what they expected so that put a dampener on expansion.

I'd seen their attempt at a cheap way of making use of the venue, and I'm glad it was refused. It would've made them a quick buck but the town would still have an empty shell of a unit afterwards.
