Depends on what you mean by restoration. A cheap job could be scraping with screwdrivers and hitting it with sandpaper wheels / wire brushes / abrasive on an angle grinder.
If you are talking of a good finish and don't mind spending money then see if you can find a powder coating firm or someone with a compressor and blast media.
They will be able to grit / sand blast it and remove all the old layers of paint / rust.
If you need any bits fixing / copying then most blacksmiths will be able to make copies of the parts using techniques such as lost foam / wax casting.
Were they bolted down ? If so they are probably modern.
If they were set in place with molten lead then they are probably cast iron and would merit having more attention lavished on them.
The farm on the left, as you leave the 40 limit on Cannock Road, just after Old Croft Road, does blasting. Ideal if you can arrange for the final finish swiftly thereafter.
