Is this house down by the Shell Garage at the bottom of foregate street abandoned?

I've not seen anyone coming or going for many years now?

I would imagine the local homeless would be in it like a shot if so, there are signs of use of the one further up near the old KFC.

I really like this house, reminds me of the Up house and its battles.

Soon as someone from the council or a developer remembers this house is still there, it'll be torn down.

I had to go to the dentist the other day and was killing time and saw that there is a "colonade", with apparently a comic shop in it. You live and learn.

Sorry, but it's more than a comic shop. It's Two Fat Goblinz, and my eldest considers it a shrine to all things comic(y). He would spent a years wages in one go if he could.

When I was little we went there often, I can't remember what shops were there, but obviously something my Mum liked to visit.

Seriously? How has this shop escaped me. I think I need to physically walk down that Colonnade (worst name for a fizzy drink ever)
It's run by a lovely bloke called Phil. If there's sumat you're after, and he doesn't have it in. Then he can usually order it in for you.

The Colonnade Bar in Brighton says it will take orders for "internal drinks"...

Can't we knock all these lovely old places down?

Lovely tin shed that will stand the test of time*, would be a lovely replacement.

*5 years shelf life.

The 'Nail Room' is also in the Colonnade ...

The house next to the Shell Garage used to have a very pretty front garden, but its looked quite neglected when I've walked past recently.....

.....what about the house that's almost exactly opposite (if you stand with your back to the house pictured) but on the Stone Rd? I don't think I've ever seen any lights on at either house....& what's happened to the 'We buy any cars' place behind the house?
