Went to see spectre yesterday, all in all a good film saw the softer side of bond, don't want to give too much away incase anyone else wants to see it, also saw rogue nation few weeks ago, not seen any of the mission impossible films before but it was good and if I had to choose a winner I'd say rogue nation just pipped it.

We have a plan for a film involving Pierce Brosnan playing a secret agent who has retired to his home town in Ireland and becomes inadvertently involved in poitÃn smuggling - Navan Say Navan Again - anybody interested in joining the screenplay focus group?
I would but I cannot stand James Bond.

Have watched the 're-boot' Daniel Craig Bonds - they didn't get Spectre, so the first three - for the first time over the festive interval, and have to say that Daniel Craig Bond is best Bond.

By a country mile.

I appreciate that this might be something of a controversial standpoint. But it is one upon which i am willing to argue.

But only if you have paid for the full half hour.

Craig is brilliant as Bond but I hope he doesn't do any more. Spectre was a great way for him to sign off.

The Casino Royale theme tune "You know my name" by Chris Cornell is the best Bond theme ever. You may have a different opinion about that but you are wrong! :D

Oh and Eva Green *sigh* just how gorgeous can a woman be.

One for @basil -

Premium Bond with Mark Gatiss and Matthew Sweet

p035v00c.jpg

In impeccable evening dress, Mark Gatiss and Matthew Sweet ponder the Bonds we've seen on screen since Dr No in 1962 and ask - which 007 is the best? To date, six actors have portrayed British Secret Service agent James Bond. Was Sean Connery impossible to surpass? Was George Lazenby really that bad? Was Live and Let Die really a blaxploitation movie in disguise? Gatiss and Sweet consider these and many other questions, and raise a martini in honour of their premium Bond.

Barry Nelson?

Bob Holness?

Maybe even Bob Simmons, who was the first person to be seen playing Bond in a "Bond Film" as we know them - in the 'looking down the gun barrel' bit at the start of Dr No.

Christopher Cazenove did a bit for a BBC show once, too.
