Apparently some drugged up / homeless scum have taken hold of the place , and are threatening the kids who enter with knives.

They're even holding kids hostage apparently.

There's been a steady police presence there most of the night. Not sure if they've gone now, but the kids are safe .

Either way , I've said it before, n I'll say it again, place needs to be tore down, it looks like a shit hole anyway. They could be much more creative if they pull it down and start again, than polishing a turd.

There is a very good argument to 'keep your kids away' from the old Job Centre.

And that is that your kids are a bunch of disrespectful arseholes, and if they are unable to respect the space of others, then they cannot expect any respect in return.

That you have not managed to 'keep your kids away' from such an obvious 'red flag' of a building suggests that your impact upon your kid's behaviour is already at a pretty low ebb.
