I've got my ticket for Monday 25th March and really looking forward to a fun evening. Fantastic amount of money raised so far for such a hugely worthwhile cause. Thanks also to @gilbert grape for posting the links above, great to get some background on the show and the cast but it will probably mean there will be tears aswell as laughter.

We have absolutely no doubt about that. Most of the cast and crew have close connections with Big C and every single one of us wants to help people in the future.

We have had a variety of reactions - from wanting tickets before they were even printed, to "I'm not coming to a strip show!" I kid you not!
Music, magic, comedy and dance, lead up to the finale, which is the Mens' and Ladies' dances where they are brave enough to bare, in the most tasteful way. for a matter of seconds.

So anybody with any hang ups need to think about the project not only earning over £30k for research and treatment, to move us on from toxic treatments. But to raise awareness that can help lives, as well having a bloody good night out!
    Tears and laughter? You bet!
    Education? Defo!
Emotion by the bucket load and much more.
There's a huge raffle taking place with prizes such as accommodation for a week in a villa, in Gambia. Tickets for Kaiser Chiefs at Elland Road, Swarovski jewellery, various gift vouchers, photography portrait sessions, Stafford Rangers tickets, and,,,and and....

Well over 800 followers on facebook, over £28k already raised, over 1000 tickets sold and only 20 or so left, so watch ut for news on the show, in the press and we've just had the Mayor & Mayoress confirming attendance on closing night.

Well, what a night, a truly entertaining, heart warming and inspirational show. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was crackling with electricity, the buzz from the crowd was crazy. Ant & Dick as hosts were just fab, loads of laughs and the odd cock up (excuse the pun) made it all the more candid. I don't want to spoil the show for anyone going tomorrow night so I just want to say you are in for a real treat. All of the acts you will see are tremendous and the young lads in the band brought the house down, so much talent.
The videos of some of the performers stories are so poignant, emotional could be one word...heart-breaking, gallant, ballsy are others - tissues will be needed. It was also great to see a few clips from the rehearsals and listening to all their passionate reasons for taking part although it was also evident just how nervous/scared/terrified they were of what they were about to do on stage. This, in turn created a build up of nervous tension in the audience that grew all evening. By the time the finale began the crowd was wild and when it climaxed........well, I have not heard 500 people make so much noise, and although I didn't know the performers personally, I felt an overwhelming pride for each and every one of them. I have, and will continue to support this great cause and if it gets us all talking about cancer then we can rejoice. Good luck to all for Wednesday night.

Thank you so much for that review! We can stand back and let people’s reactions speak for us, now.
Some of you may have worked out who I am now so you can imagine my pride at how successful my relatively invisible role was!

THE REAL FULL MONTY - OUT OF THEIR COMFORT ZONE

In March 2019, nine women and nine men stepped out of their comfort zone to bare all in aid of the cancer research charity ‘Kiss My Ass Cancer’ (KMAC).

None of them were dancers or entertainers, some had never even set foot on a stage before, but they all had their personal reasons for taking part. Some were cancer survivors, others had lost loved ones, they all wanted to promote body confidence issues and raise awareness of checking your own bodies for signs of the disease.

In an emotion packed night at The Gatehouse Theatre in Stafford the audience were treated to a show of entertainment, music, comedy, awareness, culminating in two REAL FULL MONTY dances.

The documentary film ‘Out Of Their Comfort Zone’ charts their progress from first rehearsal to show night, with some drama, laughter and trauma along the way.

Relive one truly remarkable journey, followed by one spectacular night.

I'm going to the documentary at the Gatehouse @gilbert grape , as are a lot of the CCPA volunteers.
Not only will it be a brilliant but emotional night we really wanted to show our support for being chosen as one of your charities for next years show.
    Really looking forward to it.

I think we all are, as we seek to help even more people, but this time on a local level.
The documentary will show the depth of the project and give all those becoming involved in the next one, what it is all about.
We do seem to be having to reiterate there's no nudity in the documentary as it is all edited to show our journey.

I was there tonight on duty, working front of house.

What a fabulous evening. An emotional rollercoaster.
You guys have really achieved something amazing.

Oh my goodness, the surprise at the end. Everyone on their feet and not a dry eye in the house.

    Big congratulations.
