I'm a resident director of a block of flats in Stafford looking to switch provider of cleaning, maintenance, insurance, utilities, repairs, gardening, collection of service charges, accounting etc.
Anyone use or used Castle Estates for block management services and if so what are they like? Or any recommendations of other local providers?
If anyone does use their service for a development would you be willing to meet up for a chat and coffee to discuss? Seem to get a superb sales pitch and action plan off our current provider but they fail to deliver every year.
