Leather Coat Repair Needed - Soonish

I've got an old, much abused, leather crombie that is direly in need of repair.
It needs the pockets re-lining, the buttons replacing, and a gaping gap (?) fixing where the left sleeve has partially come away from the main coat, as this picture shows:

It also needs a thorough cleaning, as it has been hanging in my greenhouse for the last 18 months (at least) as contracted something.

Does anyone know of a good place to get these things done reasonable cheaply?

When I need something fixing/ taking up I go to the Craft Cave on Weston rd, the ladies there are amazing, so so lovely, they would happily repair it for you (at a VERY reasonable cost) but not sure about the cleaning part.....
