I want to leave the planet !!! … (but there's nowhere else to go except a dark windy place where the locals have acid for blood !!! .. even so it might be an improvement on the above.) :heyhey:
I'll come, I don't have to bring my family do I?

History suggests 2.1 million people need to hit the streets of London in protest to remove a regime/government

Oh come on, Bloxwich isn't that bad. Just because three Roman legions marched in there long ago, and were eaten, it got a baddish rep. I doubt these days they could even manage to eat a cohort. :heyhey:

Yes.

It is.
Actually the councillors are keeping them quite busy with shiny fountains and new flags. They have a food bank and the place is falling apart and they have to fund raise to have a Remembrance Service but ooohhh look we got a flag and a poppy pin badge with the flag on it and a mug and we fixed your fountain for you. So they might not notice if the cohort went in wrapped in a Bloxwich flag.

Enjoying a drop of red.
a Bloxwich flag.

I wonder if the leaders of Poland or Hungary have seen this. A sizeable bet would do wonders for their balance of payments, though might not win them too many friends in the EU.

In a similar vein, a friend recommended a bet on Julian Smith (the Northern Ireland minister?) as being the next minister to leave the government .... at 9/1. The only bookie running this market is Smarkets, a betting exchange like Betfair. If they do fixed-odds, I might consider a sneaky fiver.

How are your Conservatives doing?

Going well isn't it

Don't ask.

Should be an interesting General Election.

ETA "Why a split anti-Brexit vote may not be as good for the Conservatives as we assume."

Conclusions:

- Leave parties have an in-built advantage due to the ratio of Con-to-BXP share. But remain parties may have an in-built advantage due to territorial differentiation of their vote (if you add in SNP and PC, it's even starker, given that these are ultra-territorial).

- The way those *two* biases interact with each other will decide the results of the next election.
