That's all I have in the shed.

Well, plus a grill - and a microwave and an electric kettle, if I can't wait for the one on the wood stove.

About a million years ago i stood next to a road sign pointing to Fray Bentos.

It was less than 1000 kms away, and was strangely tempting. I had previously no idea that it was the name of an actual place.

    I went the other way.

I used to enjoy Fray Bentos meat pies until I learnt how to cook.

My ex wife used to cook one as our evening meal with Smash and frozen veg, now just why did I divorce her, let me think? :)

I've bought two for emergency rations or was it for nostalgia?

On a similar theme to the Fray Bentos posts I've bought a tin of coffeemate for the first time since 1987!!!

Just nipped down to see if there was anything to add to my stores. A little more blitzed, if anything, but there was half a pallet of sugar, so I'm just going down again with a fork truck.

I was the only customer in there just now, getting seven quidsworth of whatever was left for me - there was some self-raising flour, some sugar left, but still no bog roll - the alcohol had been hit less than I was expecting, though.

Big hair chap watched me put 8 bottles of cider in my basket then when I went to the checkout told me I could only have 4.
Reckoned there was plenty of signage. Can't say I noticed any.

Went in for 8am this morning. There was loo roll on the shelves. By 08.02am, it had all gone.
I did manage to get some pasta tho, first place i've seen any for a fortnight.
