Hmmmmm! I did comment to the wife the other day that there are several independent shops in the town that seem to be immune to the current retail climate (i.e. never see a soul in there buying anything hower, they seem to be thriving!).

Not sure a grass is needed, there are some places that just scream dodgy. Not saying all are, but some things just look wrong, like an out of town restaurant not near a cashpoint that never fixes their card machine.
