Market Square paving.

    Are 'They' going to do something about the loose and broken surface in the Square? Seems to be spreading towards the Ghosthall Centre. A whole lot of rocking going on. Perhaps banning pedestrians is the answer?

    I have suggested that 'they' number or colour the tarmac squares and create some sort of hopscotch/twister type arena.

    That road opposite the picture house, and where the old love 2 love was, is a death trap too.

    And the different shades of black tarmac look awful further up in the square.

    That picture was taken just after someone with IBS tried to use the old underground toilets, I believe.

    Nice wide open space, would make a decent site for a bus station. If there were any buses that is.

    I heard that when they opened those old underground toilets up, they found someone still down there !! :teef:

    Talk about getting your pennorth's worth .. :buddy: (Now there's a word you don't hear much anymore …. 'pennorth.' )
