Moronic little shits have kicked down our fence panel

I'm seething! Now we have to replace it on top of the other stuff we have to do. Completely wrecked our evening too as we've spent most of it going through the cctv trying to catch the little bastards. Finally found them on there only to not really be able to identify them. We haven't even eaten yet :( I'm seriously considering electric fences!

If you can't identify but Police can match them with numbers and details from other cctv there's a chance it could tie up.

Good thinking. Definitely a case for ringing 101. Even if it just means that they see a cop car outside your house...

Peach avenue :( Lovely place...not. Called the police and had a pcso visit, she's bringing another one who knows the locals better to take a look at the footage. That's about all we can do for now apart from get onto the housing and hope it's our fence and they will fix it.
I'd put a pic up but i can't upload it lol

You can upload to this site then load the link onto here to post a pic

gilbert grape is right, but some people can't view TinyPic (e.g. if they are at work) so if you need an alternative you can click the 'Need help posting a picture?' link in the Useful Links section at the top-left of The Forum. :)

It gets better, they have been back several times now just to ensure the knackered panel was totally obliterated. Then this evening we were visited by the local constabulary responding to a child abandonment report. We'd popped to the co-op just around the corner and who ever had watched us go then reported us. Idiots hadn't realised that i had a 14 year old who was watching the kids. Copper checked everything out, had a word with my eldest and declared her a suitable and responsible person to babysit and noted it down as a false call. Fair enough they have to check these things out and bravo on the speed they responded, we were only gone 20 mins and the chap was at the door 5 mins after we got home.
Then about an hour later we had a bloke come to the door checking a 'dodgy' food order they had recieved before sending it. Needless to say we hadn't ordered anything. Oh such fun :(
Shoes you have my sympathy mate, seems the idiots are out in force!

At this rate i need my own personal copper, i wonder if they'd like to open a part-time station in the house? They could sit and drink tea while watching the cctv...

Despite what we might think that we think, a lot of coppers aren't daft - they just have to allow sufficient rope to be available before a hanging can occur...

Good grief, this is terrible, Gadget. Hopefully there is some kind of action you can take that other Forumites can help with (I mean via official means; not Kray brothers style action)! :/

This is probably, and by far, the best post title in the history of the Forum and I look forward to seeing it as the Newletter front page headline.

I sure hope it stops, but do you think you could have possibly made yourself a target by giving away your address? You're just a challenge/game to them now, unfortunately.

I doubt if anyone who is targetting us is reading this forum really, and if they are, well they now know that we have them on cctv and the police are involved and it's just a matter of time before they get caught if they don't pack it in.

Likewise, I hope whoever it is that had a grudge against you grows up now :(

Short of sitting out with a baseball bat until they return I don't know what to suggest.

Where do you stand legally if you get ******* massive dog, put a sign up saying beware of fido and then letting the dog tear them a new one when they come back to your yard?

Lol I think we may have a bit of bother there and our exsisting pooch may eat them or might fuss them to death lol.
It's been all quiet tonight (fingers crossed) Still awaiting the visit from the pcso who may be able to identify them.
Hopefully it's going to die down.
