Listen, for a girl, a dream about wallpaper is most interesting.
I don’t expect you as a man or a Neanderthal to understand (please don’t take offence) but at the moment everything is extremely interesting.

Getting a bit worried with this storm...the house just shook .

Thinking the paper and cardboard contents of the blue bag , which is now up the drive ready for tomorrow, are going to be rather sopping wet.....

Shit !! One day you've become one of the Plant People ... seen the light of the archaeopteryx (or whatever the bloody plant is called.) The next day you're a Neanderthal !!!

<----- buys club, rents cave, runs out to find a 'drive thru' brontosauraburger joint.:heyhey:

After much rooting about on hard disks I didn't even know I had, I found the picture I took of the Heron standing on the side of the canal where it leaves the Netherton Tunnel. (I had family living in Tividale at the time.)
There's no magnification here, it let me get very close and didn't seem bothered. Although I can't deny that look sort of said 'Go Away', only in more Anglo-Saxon terms. Black Country herons would put the shits up pterodactyls I suspect.

I think I have a pic of a heron somewhere.
I was really pleased with the shot as he had just slung a fish in the air and it was halfway down his throat when snapped.

Years old but I'm sure I can find it soon.

I may still have a video of a woman feeding herons in an Amsterdam park.

Missed a picture of the robin this morning.

I put a mug of tea down, on the way to the shed, whilst I moved a few things and got the keys out of my pocket.

I turned around to find him standing on the rim of the mug, considering whether it had enough sugar in for him...

Started off on our long walk in the sunshine. Furthest point away the heavy rain came, so ended up wading through flooded roads and pavements with thunder and lightening right above us. Absolutely drenched! Even my underwear was dripping as though I'd just put it in a sink full of water. Couldn't have got any wetter

Just seen a huge hedgehog wonder across my garden, bold as you like. He was surprisingly speedy!
