Ye lazy reporting by staffs live. That pdf has been around on the web since last year but developers does not match up at all on their website.

it also mentions druckers and waterstones closing this year. The latter was 3 or 4 years ago

Blimey the m n s end of town looks like it's soon to be empty , if they are all moving here

Pretty sure that was the plan all along, hence all the charity shops opening at that end. When the town center becomes scaffoldshire place anything north of the town square will die off, I'd imagine m&s / Iceland / home bargains are the only shops drawing customers there at present. If nothing worthwhile replaces m&s I think it'll all go to shit.

Doesn't the 'Plan for Stafford Town' propose residential accommodation for that area? Appartments etc. seems the 'Town' is being moved south
