We've not ventured to Cellar Bar as we're too lazy to walk up there. I can say with absolute certainty we'll be visiting RedRum once it opens in town. Lots of friends very excited to have an alternative venue back in town too.

So you were completely wrong

Well, just 2 posts further down I did write:

Didn't realise Nandos were coming too! Not that it matters to me, rather underwhelmed by them myself.

And based on previously available information, there was going to be a chiquitos. I believe mini-me's son went for a job there?

I'm afraid you'll have to go away and work out which thing was said when to decide if I was actually wrong, or if at that point in time they were still coming, in which case I was right, at the time. At one point I was right that Morrisons were coming, feel free to post that I'm now wrong on that too :p

Indeed ;) Middle-son got a job there as Assistant Manager of the (to-be) new Stafford branch, but after 6months of being shifted from store to store and finding out that the Stafford store wasnt opening after all & they were infact closing existing branches, he cut his losses & went back to his old job....

It's the one over the river from Nando's opposite m&s on the corner.

Yep spotted it yesterday - nice place for a Zizzi - one of my favourites of the mega italian chains since they do good food and are handy for vouchers.

Looks like it will take up 2 units too.
