I don't really have any, just silly things like, get to the seaside, stop buying things I don't really need, eat less rubbish, make more of an attempt to find another job. But they are all very little things....
All sound good to me.
I must make more of an effort to be nicer, bite my tongue before I say sumat not so nice.
Stop eating rubbish and become healthier, that lasted all of an hour last January.

The carer reckons he's doing Dry January... God help me... I'm not sure I can compete....

Just to make sure we look after ourselves!

The house renovation is a massive project and we need to take it slowly and be nice to each other (easier said than done!)

Eat well and not run ourselves ragged!!

Last year I said with no real target or objectives:

I wanted to improve my health - increase my fitness and loose a few lbs - it didn't really happen, working for a key sector supplier meant my workload increased significantly and I spent most of lockdown and beyond chained to my computer, for most of the year I barely left the house. I started the year along way from where I wanted to be and right now I'm soo much further from that.

I wanted to Improve my stress levels: This one definitely didn't work out, all of the above, and Covid anxiety combined with home schooling, an almost teenager with serious need for a massive attitude adjustment, increased detachment from friends and family and nothing really planned to look forward, I'm feeling in a little bit of a low point at the mo.

I wanted to create a kitchen garden - this was slightly more successful, especially in the early days, I made some mistakes, planting too many tomatoes to close together, getting mud in all layers of my leeks and hugely underestimating the devastation that can be caused by cabbage white butterflies. We got some good strawberries, lettuce, cauliflower and sugar snap peas but really just a novelty amount rather than a meaningful supply it was however a great experience.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For me the majority of 2020 was a write off, I'm grateful to be sat here at the other side of it but still a significant way off getting out of woods I'm looking for positivity where I can so I'm going for a New Years resolution do-over!

I want to improve my health - more walking, better eating, not a diet or a meal plan but good food and more proper cooking. I want to make an effort to be more outdoorsy and I'm doing dry January and trying to raise a few pennies for Katherine House at the same time.

I want to improve my stress levels - The covid stuff is a nightmare but we are where we are, there appears to be light on the horizon and I'm hanging onto the hope that 2021 will be the year of normality returning. I'm going into 2021 with a contract for a 4 day working week with the aim for a better work life balance but I really I need to find a way to be more zen, it's definitely something I need to focus on.

Kitchen Garden - We're a long way from River Cottage but....I have a plan, more veg beds and a bigger greenhouse ordered we even a scarecrow. I have enough seeds to feed a small village, I know how not to plant tomatoes and a better understanding of succession planting. Hopefully this with be a significant improvement on last year.

I don't usually set resolutions but your post reminded me that I do need to balance my work-life balance better.

I have been on a four day working week including working from home for nearly two years and prior to Covid I generally didn't work more than my four days unless it was something urgent.

During lockdown and Tiers I seem to have to lost the distinction between home and work so my resolution is to try to restore the balance to how it should be.

Thank you for the reminder @Bob.
