I notice the proposed restaurant at the former pue and ale house in craberry house have had planning refused to outside seating but of a more permanent nature I gather.

There has to be sense highways of course, but these things should be encouraged as much as possible.

Bloody planning red tape and do gooders.

When they had the Ceroc dance classes upstairs, they often spilled out into the street - on one particularly warm night, the whole of Chapel Street and large parts of Crabbery Street and Princes Street resembled the set of a Hollywood musical.
