Painter/decerator wanted

Can anyone recommend a good painter and decorator in Stafford, I am looking for a professional rather than someone with a bit of free time and a paintbrush as it’s a big job – actually an entire house, walls and ceilings.
I only know of Nigel Bundy in Gnosall who is booked up well in advance (I have begged but I don't think it will get me anywhere) and I need someone in August.

I'm bumping this thread.

Anyone have work done by a painter/decorator recently, that will give price paid and a bit of detail about work undertaken.

I'd of course (normally) do the painting myself but seems as it's hall stairs and landing i'd like to give it a miss, thought i'd check out prices/experiences anyone may have had.

Had Phil from Btech (07989 303112) round a few days ago, he turned up on time and seems like a nice enough fella. I've had the quote through already.

Had Kris Laight (07731331595) round couple of days ago, he turned up on time and seems like a nice enough fella. I've had the quote through already and i think i'm going to go with him, all down to price.

Will keep the thread updated, from my experience, for those looking for a painter.

Sort of, my begging paid off and Nigel Bundy was able to sqeeze me in and the get the tricky bits done. I was going to wait for him to have enough free time to finish the job but I ended up taking a few days off work and getting stuck into it myself.
