Parking fine valid?

Hey guyI was handed this ticket while at my car, it looks like its has repeating and missing information on the 2nd part. does it look valid to you?

what offence has alleged to of been committed? I can't see how a PCN can be issued for "blank" and not be thrown out an appeal?

does it display your registration anywhere on the ticket?

A PCN also needs to include certain information to ensure its validity – if any of the following information is missing, you should consider appealing:

• The size of the fine
• The nature of the infraction
• The date and time of the infraction
• Information on how to pay the charge and who to pay it to.

The PCN should also inform you of the 28-day deadline for paying the fine, and the 14-day deadline that can spare you half of the bill.

Just received a Euro car parks PCN through the post for son , parking during his shift where he has permission to park outside his work. (Happens to be the first time he parked there after getting his car in december , so will be interesting to see if we receive daily tickets for all the days worked since! ) He's appealed online and also informed his management so hopefully won't be chased for payment
