Parking in Stafford.

Enjoying a drop of red.
I've seen that happen a few months ago, on the sloping bit at the front, and it was a 'posh' car that did it...
I was reversed into on there by a little old lady. Then she did it twice more because she wasn't sure she'd hit me the first time.

Same here. Park near the back in an end space dash cam with parking record. I may not have the most expensive car around but I look after it.

Today, for the first time in three, maybe even five, years, I have been into the Tech Park - the parking chaos is a bit bizarre...

If

If the not parking on footpaths was enforced in the Borough of with a fine it would pay for a multi underground car park

Is there currently a law that says you can't park on a footpath?

It's a technical law

Mounting the pavement is not allowed

And can be punished by a fine

Actually sitting there parked is another matter

So if you can prove you hovered onto the footpath. Less of a problem

Not outside the important places (London), but, you could have local by-laws.

It would be a simple enough matter to prohibit parking on one, or both, sides of the 'ring road' - is it a highway, though?

So parking a car on the pavement risks a fine but landing a helicopter should be fine.

That's what I thought but was unsure.

Under Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act it is an offence to leave a vehicle or train in a dangerous position to other road user, which also includes on footpaths.

Drivers can receive a fine of up to £1,000 depending on the severity of the offence.

You can balance it on the Armco, if there's not enough room.

The Hough’s carpark has finally been resurfaced. Miracles do happen!

4x4 place must be gutted.
