There was a bit of a queue to get in when I went past this morning so I guess something must have 'gone wrong'.

Probably best that they use council staff as guinea pigs for a week. Will give them a purpose in life.

Most of the spaces will be council employees in the lower deck basil , they need to know who to contact in a flood warning , like kings mead car park . It is in the flood risk assessment
