Wanted Patio table

I'm hoping that a few of you on 'ere will have invested in some nice new garden furniture lately, meaning you might have a plastic/wooden/metal patio table which you'd be willing to let me have for free or for a few pennies! I'm going to be getting some new stuff myself later in the year so am just after something to tide me over.

Anything available pls?

Saw two Garden chairs in a bus stop on the Newport Road yesterday.

I'm quite impatient so I just went and bought a set of garden stuff. Thanks for the tip-off though.

I ventured into my shed for the first time in a while earlier, in the mistaken belief that i may have had a long neglected table stashed somewhere inside. It was like the day of the effing triffids in there - ivy had taken over, under and inner.

You'll be happy to learn i gave it short shrift and saved humanity from the rising of our vegetal foe - but even now i can envisage a quivering tendril paving the way for a sequel...

Just for the record, anybody looking for used/free stuff should also look at the FREECYCLE.ORG website. There are Stafford and Stoke groups. Very simple joining up procedure and useful for disposing of unwanted serviceable stuff.
