Indeed, I'm just over the moon that anyone is voting for Stafford Forum; the idea never even crossed my mind until you mentioned it, loveatfirstbite!

Regardless of who you are voting for, everyone should make sure that they spread the word as much as possible. If you want an easy way to do it, simply share our Facebook post on your own wall/timeline:

I'm sure we were discussing this recently, but I can't find the thread/posts for love nor money!

If people want to do this, just for a bit of fun, then we can. Proposals for a system are welcomed. For example, should I just start a 'Forumite Awards' thread, where people can nominate anyone for anything, and then compile the most common nominations into separate polls? I'm sure some bright spark can come up with a better system, though.

As long as there would be no animosity; I don't think things such as 'Most annoying Forumite' would do much for anyone's morale. I know there are some Forumites whose sense of humour tends towards things such as that, and they would probably revel in winning such an accolade, but some of the more sensitive souls round here might not be so impressed.

Thank you to everyone who has voted for Stafford Forum in these Pride in Stafford Awards by they way. I just want to clarify that I have nothing to do with them, and am as in the dark as everyone else, so I don't know who has voted for us - if anyone! Would be smashing just to be nominated, though.

I am delighted to inform you that Stafford Forum has reached the shortlist in the Pride in
Stafford Business Awards 2012.

The award winners will be announced at Stafford Town Centre Partnership’s AGM on Thursday 21ST June at 6pm, in County Buildings Martin Street, Stafford, I do hope you can join us on the evening.
