What's the best line, quote or comment anyone's heard during their everyday dealings over the last 12 months?
I'll start the ball rolling with a quote from the owner of a small camping / caravan site we use in Wales. Having arrived about 5.30 ish and finding the door to the on site bar locked, we sat at an outside table to wait. The site owner appeared and advised us that he didn't open the bar until 6.00 and asking "would you like a drink while you're waiting?" you gotta love these guys.
