My daughter spent some time with my parents last week and had dinner (lunch for non-Doxites) and was cooked some bacon from Tomlinson's butchers and said that it was the best she'd ever tasted in all her full 16 years of her life. True dat.We have a fish mongers in Mill St. But yes I agree people should give the independent stalls/shops a try. They might be surprised how good the quality is.
We buy our bacon, sausage. ham, beefburgers etc. off the deli stall on the market. All top quality produce.

Regional managing director Martin McTigue, said: "We can't wait to finally open the doors to our new Nando's in Stafford. The team are very much looking forward to seeing all the locals and visitors for their Peri-Peri-fix."
It is one of a number of new restaurants set to open along the river as part of the new Waterfront car park development. Other restaurants are set to include Chiquitos and Prezzo.
