The Guardian: The actor and comedian Robin Williams was found dead at his home in California, the Marin County sheriff’s office announced on Monday. He was 63. The sheriff’s office said it was treating the death as a suspected suicide.

depression is such a nasty illness , this person had everything to live for and yet fighting with this does take its toll.
its grip not only pulls you into disparity , but also the fight to continue day to day physically wears you down as well.

My step daughter has been showing me the numerous posts on Facebook by hundreds of people, showing pictures of the apparently deceased ROBBIE williams! Eeedyits!!

I am sure the residents of Gaza, Syria, Iraq and all the other parts in the world where there is war and poverty would have given anything to swap places with him!

All the problems in the world today and the first item of news on the BBC is the death of Robin Williams!

I am sure the residents of Gaza, Syria, Iraq and all the other parts in the world where there is war and poverty would have given anything to swap places with him!

Whilst I get your point nobody would read the news if the BBC headline every day was "Thousands still dying in pointless conflicts", because it would have to be that every single day. I've been out of the loop* for a week so was quite shocked to see this, I was not shocked to see yet more Israeli bombings of Gaza.
