Rucksack zip repairs

Hiya

Anyone know anywhere that can replace a broken zip on my rucksack please? I love this bag and don't want to have to throw it away because the zip on the pocket has gone. Needs to be an expert zip person I think as the zip has two corners in it - if that makes sense, like 3 sides of a rectangle.

Cheers

You could ask the Arabic(?) lads in the Market - they seem to knew what they're doing.

Yeah, speak to any tailor, should just be a matter of getting a fitting zip, unpicking the old one and sewing a new one in. As Gramaisc pointed out, the lads in the market should (hopefully) be able to sort you out.

Just to report back that I did indeed use the foreigners in the market to repair my rucksack with mixed results. Initally they said they could have it ready for the day I neeeded but as it was short notice I would have to pay more. I agree a price of £14,paid cash, turned up to collect rucksack on specified day and it was still in the heap on the floor that they threw it on when I dropped it off :(. The guy asked if I could return tomorrow and I explained that as I was going away, and had paid extra to get a quick repair, this was not an option. He then asked me to return in 2 hours. i did this and the rucksack is repaired. I'm happy with their workmanship, but their business practices are very off putting so i wouldn't use them again!
