Samsung DVD media for repair

I have a Samsung Media player, which I accidentally put 2 DVD's into the slot...doh !!
and can't remove it, does anyone know a good repair shop in Stafford.

Pickups and Truview used to do this sort of thing. Don't know if they still do.

You could always unscrew the casing yourself and give it a go, how difficult can it be...?
