hmm.. who are you with, and what version of android & sense are you now running? i'm with t-mobile, i only got one OTA update, and that has left me with android 4.0.3 and sense 3.6 - it's been like that for at least a month, and it's so full of bugs.. it randomly shuts itself down at least once a week, and when it does it forces me to re-sync facebook & loses any customer caller ID photos i have.. and swiftkey is really sluggish, and doesn't remember emoji, which is annoying (it used to before the "update")..Same thing happened when my Sensation received the OTA upgrade a couple of months ago. Biggest bigbear was that the clock no longer kept time (annoying as I use my phone as my alarm clock!) Was on the point of binning it and getting an S3 when a new update appeared about 3 weeks ago, fixing everything that had gone wrong. It's now perfectly fine again.
I'd give it a bit of time for the 'fix' to come through from your carrier to see if it solves your issues.
it's so full of bugs that i've already decided i'm going to drop the buggy, fragmented android platform and just get an iphone 5 when upgrade time is here.. i've already got an imac and an ipad, so the iphone will just slot into my infrastructure beautifully.. the only thing i can see that i'll really miss is swiftkey - and that's nearly a dealbreaker, because i hate the keyboard on my ipad compared to swiftkey.. in fact, that warrants a new thread, i feel....
