Is it any good? And does anyone know the opening times? Will be gutted to walk there to walk back with no food. Empty fridge and freezer having just moved. Aside from the choice of scampi.. or scampi. We tried to eat all the frozen before we moved to defrost the freezer. New place has a fridge-freezer. Till the ASDA shop comes tomorrow, we have no proper food really. Oh aside from a bag of microwave carrots mum got me from M&S...

So yeah? Any good? Or at least decent? Or avoid like the plague?

Fella doesn't like curry. D: Not that we have a menu or Just-Eat has any offerings. Shame cus I wouldn't mind a Korma. When I was in Brum, down the road there was this Indian place called Ahmeds Spice. Amazing Korma with fabulous chips as well. Too much for one though. Having Chinese again tonight is a bit much! D:

I have been told that the Tap and Spile does decent food, but I haven't tried it myself, and don't know what the Sunday situation might be - try it and see.

I've never really been to see. When I lived in Birmingham, there were a couple I'd been to that were, but that might just be because it's Birmingham though...

The chip shop next to Aztec Cycles seemed to be open as I drove pats a bit ago. Either that or they'd forgotten to switch off all the lights!

I think Northern Lights chippy on the Stone Road may be open 01785 258595 and I think they deliver to save you walking if they are open.

Just Eat has loads of places, they deliver to me so they should deliver to you. Pizza, burger, indian, chinese fair selection really. No idea about chippies though i'm still waiting for ours to reopen

Yeah, found out it wasn't open so went to sainsburys, sorry took so long to reply, the only reason I have internet is mobile tethering! Virgin Media bloke is coming tomorrow though.

Gadget - Just Eat only has a few places come up for us. About 4 chineses and 2 pizza places. :<

Oh the Ye Olde Chip Shop? Is it still called that? Nr Halfords is open on a sunday!
And Sandon rd is my local, very yummy they also do pizzas!

Has anyone else noticed that the portions of chips are getting smaller? , what passes for a large these days was a small last year (ok maybe i should cut down on the chips)

I tend to use Prospect Road and, if anything, I thought they were getting bigger - a 'regular' is adequate for two people.
