Are Showaddywaddy still the mystery headline act?

‘Stafford’s Big Burh Day’ will end with an hour long finale by The Magic of Motown next month - who perform in the county town after sell out shows at London’s O2.

The show pays tribute to some of the best names from Motown with songs made famous by Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5 and Diana Ross and The Supremes. Fourteen members - including a live band and several costume changes - will recreate the Detroit sound as part of the free concert.

Can we please get the name and details of the person who thought it was clever to call it "burh day"?

And all the subsequent people who didn't immediately stop them?

Did anyone apply for tickets and NOT get any? It said it was going to be a ballot but I don't know anyone who applied and didn't get tickets.

TBH I've not seen a single thing about this other than an AA sign at the back of the Sun Inn.

I got 4 tickets...but I don't want them! I really don't want to go and see Matt Cardle anyway, but also have some friends visiting from Liverpool for the weekend.

Anyone who didn't get an allocation is welcome to them...

I got mine through, we doubt we'll stay for the whole thing but it'll probably be alright for a little bit. Not to mention the other half is on crutches at the moment. :P
