We're currently selling a house in Penkridge through Heather Stern, our local estate agent. Very friendly, very efficient. A 'sold subject to contract' board up within a week at the asking price.

Indeed yes, and there has also been mention of Reed Rains & estate agents in general. Having looked at Purple Bricks who have also been mentioned, they are also estate agents, with a slightly different approach, and they very variable reviews. Just an indication that selling through an agent can have advantages over trying to do it yourself.
