Shel Frost (Eve appeal)

I'm sure some members were following the story of Stafford girl Michelle Frost who had been diagnosed with terminal cervical cancer. She appeared on This Morning in January. She also wanted to raise awareness of smear testing and the work the Eve Appeal does. Sadly I've heard Michelle (Shel as she was known) passed away yesterday morning .
Please take a look at the Eve Appeal website and do what you can to spread the message about smear testing.

I'd Iike to post my condolences here to any of her friends and family on here for such a sad loss at such a young age of such a beautiful person.

I've just been reading up on her - what a brave woman she was going on live television and speaking so candidly about this vile disease. If I'm not mistaken, I'm sure she used to run a tanning shop on Foregate Street opposite Halfords a few years back. Such a tragic waste of a young life.

I didn't know Shel personally, so I'm not sure if she ran the tanning shop.
A tragic waste as you say - She was only 28 I believe.
I'm sure her family are very proud of what she did to achieve in her short life to help others via the Eve Appeal.

I'm still shaken to the core by Shel's passing,

A fantastic friend who would always have the time for you and always greet you with a highly infectious smile. I will miss her so very very much.

You're right in saying Sir Bob that Shel did run the tanning shop on Foregate street, and did so with huge success as well. It's now Tattoo's at 58.

If anyone did know her on here and would like to share your memories of her there is a group on Facebook that you can share them with everyone
