You'd be amazed how many people online kick off about how inhumane Halal slaughter is, yet won't consider how their own meat is killed. Which is probably Halal too, just not labelled as such, going by a lot of slaughterhouses. IIRC most NZ lamb is now Halal as they can't be bothered to worry what lamb ends up where, they just put them in a suitable package for the destination country. Its not like anyone can tell once its on their plate!

Anyway, the 9th you say? I shall give them a try, can someone in the locality get a higher res image of the menu once available please?
