Six Nations

I noticed there are some people who watch the egg chasers, from the world cup thread.
So was just wondering if you've enjoyed the six nations so far?

I thought it started a bit slow with the first games being a bit all over the place and Wales only being lucky with they're start.
But after the super Saturday a week last things have really hotted up. With an awsome England France game.
England still got a lot of work to do but proved they can still come out fighting to me.

Also out of interest who watches games where?
The Bird's bar for me.

I watch all the rugby that's on Six nations, Guinness premiership, Heineken cup and Super 14.

Watch it all at home as the alcohol is cheaper here.

Following Perth Western Force in the Super 14 atm as my brothers nephew, Sam Wykes, has just made his début for them this season.
He was Australia's under-19 vice captain and will, hopefully, have a great future ahead of him.

Despite my recent conversion back to a Rangers fan, I chased the glorious egg for many a year. I played for Stafford, Eccelshall, Littleborough (Lancs), but mostly for St Leonard's. Whilst I love(?) playing rugby, and always watch it, I usually find it disappointing viewing. It is a game to be played, and doesn't convert to telly in my humble opinion. Heresy I know! And if you want real heresy, I think Rugby League is a bettter spectator sport! I used to watch St Helen's, Wigan, and Rochdale when I got the chance.

I have been to big RU games including Five Nations, and they are a great experience, but often a disappointment from a viewing point of view.

This years 6 Nations has had a bit of variety, Wales doing well is a bit of a surprise. Overall quality of performance has been a bit poor, but I think that France and England look as if they couild be building decent teams.

Like Foofighter I am an armchair fan, but for a really big game, if Rangers are not playing, you'd find me in the bar at Stafford Cricet club.
