United friends a not for profit organisation that helps the homeless and the elderly is holding a sponsored walk on Saturday 30th Jan 2016 . To help raise funds for its projects . Our main concern at present is the loss of the mobility shoppers scheme as seen on the news last night (4-1-16). They need £90,000 to keep the scheme open , we want to help in full if we can . If you can take part in a 5 mile walk on this day we would love to hear from you . The walk will commence on the Wolverhampton road and will walk towards town , along the main road towards high fields and back onto the Wolverhampton road to finish .
