Stafford Cheese, Ale and More Festival Friday 20th and Saturday 21st May

Recently moved to Stafford so my first Cheese & Ale Festval. The wife & I enjoyed it, old Jean-Chrisophe had a 'mare on his 11am show though. Burnt his caramel for the first dish he cooked & then his assistant had accidentally turned the oven off so he couldn't finish the stuffed chicken leg he was doing as his 2nd!

I like things like that because it makes me feel so much better about my own inadequacies.

Fair play for having the guts to risk his reputation I say.
