Stafford debts paid by Supporters

Yes spot on. Its just like a £200 a week repayment on a £50k loan.

As for annual win, it seems that way sometimes but maybe someone people should invest in our proud football club which is one of the biggest in the nonleague over the years, people still play us and think we're a "big club" at this level, despite finishing near the bottom last year we still had the 6th highest attendances, averaging 606. Football clubs have the power to put towns on the map, and the potential for Stafford over other clubs at our level is massive. Still easy for me to go on when i'm a loyal supporter, I understand the fact other people really don't care, and considering the turmoil the clubs in behind the scenes (bar our new board member Ian Seddon of IPS Cost Law, central Liverpool) I acknowledge that a lot of people get fed up with the pleas in the paper for fans/the towns help, because the supporters bail the club out all the time and it's unprofessional.

Do you fear that Stafford Town could become the main football team in the town? considering the alleged funding they are receiving. I know they are a few levels behind in the "pyramid" but like the professional game, clubs with plenty of money tend to become more successful.

I don't think so, I heard that Town's chairman said he'd never pay players, now I'm not sure if that's true, but obviously they'd need to one day. They are miles off, and considering the history Rangers will always be number 1, but at the same time I definitely admire Town's progress, and the support they get. There is always money out their through grants if you exercise what is there for you to use, and they've done this very well. I wouldn't like to write them off, but it's a massive gap to make, but I wouldn't rule it out one day, but we're talking decades away. Things change quickly in football it's hard to tell what will be one year to the next, but I think Rangers will be no.1 always, unless we went bust.

Just thought that by posting this I'll put Rangers top of the table :)

and I haven't got a clue about the Mars Bars....

I ♥ cryptic crosswords
seems the mint flavoured Mars bars were not actually by design but had been stored next to the mints for a few seasons and then put on sale

top of the table? enjoy it while u can
