not a silly idea by any means, but if we were to go down this route it would mean organising a proper party (i.e. music/entertainment/etc.).. also, i would imagine it's all booked up at this late hour..

yeah, it'll be booked up plus you'd have to pay about 300 quid for the privilege. i've been i talks with eddie from the grapes who's taken on the sun after we backed out. it's looking probable we'll be working together in the new year to implement our original plans for the place. i can have word if you like, i thought andreas was tapping up the lamb though?

yeah, i like the idea of the lamb.. i haven't been there for [manc]tiiiiiiiiiiime[/manc]..

glad the sun is back on track (after a fashion)..

Andreas has been rather poorly and stuck in bed, so it is possible that this has slipped his mind. I can imagine that the Lamb management would be right up for it...

BTW - may I dare to suggest that it may be easier if the Piefest is delayed until a more suitable venue and date can be arranged? Surely Piefest deserves a whole day to itself at a time of year when not so much is going on...

all it takes is for every one to agree to this shindig. i mean the xmas party. agreed on piefest, it aint gonna happen this year at this rate anyhoo.

How come I only met Sofa then (apart from the already known Upsetter family, Miss T, Tenshon and Panders, obviously)?

Did I talk to them without realising, or were they being hidden to protect them from my boring jibber jabber?

Was helluva good crack though wannit? Felt a bit odd when I awoke the next day.
