Isn't the point of a forum to mention what you think? It sure hasn't stopped everyone else. Aside from this thread, every other thread on the board could be seen as the "this is what I think so I'm going to make sure I tell everyone" high horse, just from a diferent perspective. Deary me, I'd hate to see what would happen if someone came on here with not a good word to say about Stafford at all. I imagine it'd be something of a mess. If you look back at my original post it's roughly 50% good and bad attitudes. Surely you guys are made of sterner stuff than to take the less-than-rosy thoughts on Stafford of one person as a mortal insult?
As a forum for people from Stafford - a public forum, no less - I have the right to sign up and post here if I so choose. And I did so choose. And, until such time as I go schizo and violate all the rules, you can't in good concious tell me to gtfo for a reasonable mention of the other point of view.
(And actually I'm on quite a few forums, I just stopped by to talk Stafford. A b7 wouldn't render me homeless)

Hmm. Fair enough, thats the main purpose. But surely it's not the only purpose. I joined because of the article on the front of the Stafford Post a while back, pointing out the exsistance of this forum, and the exsistance of both the Stafford Song and the Stafford T-Shirts. To be honest, I think that the T-Shirts and the song are a little corny. Yes, the forums main purpose may be so that all of you can sit in a circle and talk about how wonderful it is. Don't tell me you didn't expect at least one person would come on here with a slightly more negative view of the town. Everyone is acting as if I'd opened up with "LMAO STAFFORD IS TEH SUXXORZ LOLZ". It's a forum talking about Stafford, and I'm talking about Stafford. I'm just doing it in a way that everyone else isn't. In fact, I think just one thread with a view contary to the views of the majority of the forum versus several hundred threads of said views is a ratio that you guys can manage to swallow.
Even if it were the case that my agenda is to bring you all down with a single thread played from the angle of the other team (and it is not) if there was any good-vibe destruction it is in the response to my attitude, not my attitude in itself. It's not like I'm saying anything too controversial, afterall.
